1. With a total of over 20 years real estate experience, and being a lifelong resident of the area, with knowledge of market conditions, I am prepared to assess and project a value of the property, to assure that the property may be listed and sold at Fair Market Value.
2. When listing with me, I will work closely with the Sellers (our clients), in a professional manner, from completing a detailed listing agreement, booking showings to completion date of a sale.
   
3. I will create advertising material and distribute this material by many methods, to a widespread area in order to attract and present the property to perspective buyers.

SELLING YOUR PROPERTY

Sellers are aware that their property is likely the most valuable asset they may ever own. I recognize this and know that it is my responsibility to work to the extent of my ability to ensure that the Seller is getting fair market value. I will do this by throughly searching the market to find buyers by:

• Preparing quality advertising of descriptive and photo material
  
• Promoting advertising material to all Realtors through Multiple Listing Services
  
• Advertising on a regular basis in Real Estate magazines in the trading area, and hot
  market areas including Toronto and Southern Ontario
  
• Networking with Buyers and other Realtors electronically, phone, fax or in person
