BUYING A PROPERTY:

Through communication, by email, fax, phone or in person, it is important to determine your real estate needs, location, desires and limitations.
Selected properties may be previewed from your home or office, on current and new listings as they become available, within the Grey-Bruce area, based on the criteria that you are looking for in a property.
On a V.I.P. Property Search Program - Selected listings could be emailed to you on a daily basis as the new listings that meet your requested criteria. Please include your name, email address, price range and any other information that can better help me serve you in your email.
The Multiple Listing System (MLS) allows access to virtually all properties for sale.
As your buying representative, I have a thorough knowledge of the market area. I can offer professional assistance in all aspects of your purchase, from finding the property, negotiating the sale, assistance in securing financing, and following through to completion.
